At Tala, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for processing.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your Tala account or visit our returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.

Attach the Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receipt.
